Seeking estimates for gazebo renovations

The Albion STAR Team has put out an exploratory solicitation for construction estimates, including all necessary materials and labor, to complete renovations to the wood-framed gazebo that is of both sentimental and historic significance to the Albion community.

Proposals will be accepted through September 1, 2025

The scope of work includes replacing the railing and interior bench seating and a new roof.

Based on estimates, if the Albion STAR Team is interested in contracting for services, the contractor(s) selected will be required to be licensed and insured. Estimates may include alternative suggestions with pricing to accomplish the same overall objectives.
